Broken Fan Brackets

We have a 2014 American Tradition on a Frieghtliner CUSTOM
Chassis (FCCC) with 46,000 miles. Wail at a rest stop a loud banning noise was coming from the radiator wail at idle speed.
Now we r sitting at a Frieghtliner dealer with the fan brackets broken in two places. There r 4 brackets, 2 broke. We were lucky the fan did not break loose n go into the radiator. It did cut the wire on the thermostat. Called FCCC Gaffey to see if this is happening to others. Answer was there has been some but not enough to redsign. The brackets r welded so the welds broke loose. This job will cost over $3,000 an 9 hrs for the repair to be done at a frieghtliner dealer.

Find a Welder somewhere to do the repair - re-Weld and or re-reinforce the other Brackets.
