Bypass water valve '07 Discovery

We have a 2007 Fleetwood discovery 40x the bypass city water valve seem to allow water to fill and over the fresh water holding
tank is that something that a easy fix?

Do you mean, when filling the fresh water tank it will overflow ? If that is your question , there is nothing to fix .. That is one way of knowing when the fresh water tank is full .
Make sure the door side water fill cap is removed for venting .

I believe in know what your issue is. The bypass valve is in the off position yet your fresh water tank will fill and bleed out? You will need to replace this valve, Swan product if I remember correctly? The valve is poorly engineered. I have had to replace mine in a new coach. The good news is they have improved the seating performance. To date a year later it's still holding. Give Fleetwood a call they will send out a new one around $100.00, I did all the searches I could not find a less expensive replacement!
