Can Discovery 38K Even Tow?

I am currently shopping for a used Class A diesel. I ran across a 2019 Fleetwood Discovery 38K. In looking at the brochure, the hitch rating is listed as 500 pounds. The tongue rating is 1,000 pounds. I've attached the table I cutout from the brochure. Does anyone know if this is a typo. Sure seems like it is. Thanks

That's a typo. I can verify the hitch is 10K rated, same as the other 38 floorplans.

It's a typo. GCVWR is 43,400 and GVWR is 33,400 so that leaves 10K for towing.

I have owned a Discovery 38 and a Bounder 38, both had 10,000# towing capacity. They pulled my 2500 4x4 suburban with no problems.
