Carpet change

Good morning all, I have a 1999 Fleetwood Southwind 36T. The carpet is faded and needs to be replaced. Does anyone have any suggestions on how to do this? Any help would be appreciated, Thank you....Snuffy2

Lots of info, photos, carpet to wood conversions, etc on this site. Try doing a search on the topic in the search box. Main thing is to remove the old carpet as one piece as possible to use as a template. If you have it done professionally, expect to pay big BUCKS. Lots of stuff to remove - couch, entertainment center, bed, chairs if you want like factory new as the carpet goes under the sofa, cabinets. Pay attention to how the carpet is install over the slide outs. TAKE LOTS OF PICTURES to help you in the install process.

Good Luck

I had to replace the carpet in my '12 33C and it was expensive, but I am happy with the results. It was quoted about $3,200 - 3,600, and I picked an expensive carpet. Classic Coach in Ormond Beach, FL installed the carpet and did an excellent job. Give Frank a call if interested. I didn't want to spend anymore by going with hardwood floors so I just replaced exactly what was existing with new carpet.

No way could I have done the work myself since I really wouldn't have any help and too old to be lifting and moving the furniture. Good luck with whatever you do!
