CB Antenna Adjustment

I an hooking up a SWR this weekend to see if the factory antenna needs adjustment. How do I adjust the factory antenna on a 2005 Southwind. I am not sure which one is the CB. I have two on top one skinny one and one fat one.

Depends on the antenna, but most of the factory style antenna's are not adjustable. A typical CB antenna that has a removable whip sticking out of a base assembly can be adjusted by lengthening or shortening the length of the whip. You also need a good, accurate, SWR meter for this to work properly. Most off the shelf SWR meters aren't accurate enough for this exercise. Some aftermarket CB antenna's have an adjustment screw. But as mentioned most likely your factory antenna doesn't adjust.

I'm not sure which of the two you mention are which. My '04 Pace Arrow didn't come with a CB antenna.
