Start engine, hold down battery AUX start button and try to start gen. Or try to start gen from switch on Gen. Be sure to hold gen start button down for at least 1 minute. Try that and post what happens.

Do you have more than 1/4 tank of fuel. Generator won't start if you have less than a quarter tank.

Use the aux switch or run the propulsion engine to charge the house batteries.

Then address why your house batteries got run down.

Check the battery disconnect switch. It sounds like it is in the off position or it has failed. The quickest way to check it is to unplug the coach and see if all the lights go off.
