Coburg Service Center

Has anyone used the Coburg facility lately for chassis service? Iíll be going through there in early September and was thinking of using them for my engine and generator service.

Used them last year for an engine rebuild on my ISX 650. Great service, replaced some hoses that were leaking without my asking and the engine is strong, noticeably so when traveling with friends that have the same engine also rebuilt but at another dealer.

It's been a while sense we were there. They have a good shop with hook ups on sight. If your just going to get your oil changed, I'd go to Speedco on I-5, Exit 278
12227 Melinda Ln NE
Aurora, OR
Allot cheeper. The do lube and filters and allot more while you wait. All the big rigs goo there.

Mr D, I followed your saga with your engine on here. I didn’t realize you had it rebuilt at Rev in Coburg. I had no idea they had the expertise to rebuild engines.

Same here. Lots of places are cheaper for basic services.

So, you havenít had any trouble with the Speedco type service centers changing your fuel filters? I was under the impression the floor had to come up. A couple centers near me didnít want anything to do with that procedure.

They won't come into your RV for insurance reasons, I don't know. Easy for you to do. If you can open a can of beer, you can do this.

Wasn't at REV, it was at the Coburg Cummins shop down the street. I guess I didn't realize the post was asking about the REV facility and I wrongly posted. Sorry everyone!

Find a Mom and Pop place or go to Freightliner. The two bolts in the floor in the rear allow you access to remove a panel to get to the fuel filters.
