Control Bounder with iPad/iPhone
After putting a replacement Illumaplex Controller in my 2016 Bounder, I got to doing some research on Precision Circuits Inc. They have been fantastic to work with. I realized that they had an application on the App store for iPhone, and after speaking to them I realized that I could buy a BlueTooth Module for my Illumaplex which would allow me to control everything from my phone or tablet. I already had the latest software configuration, so it is just a matter of plugging the module into one of the available Comm Ports on my controller.
$200 later and it is on the way. I will post a follow up after I get to play with it.

I saw that but never called (shame on me!). I thought it needed a different main board to be able to do that. Definitely waiting to hear back on this.

The Fleetwood Bounder is equipped with the IllumaPlex Electronic Control System, a multi-zone, multitasking network that seamlessly monitors and manages operation of the slide-outs, the awning, lighting functions, and other devices.
With bluetooth and a iPad he can control any of these functions of the coach without having to go to the panel.

Which would be nice for those of us who are short! I need a step stool to use most of the functions...

Can you share details of part numbers and software versions required for this to work?

P/N 00-10053-000
$188.95
I have Version 3.0R Main System, versus Version 1.3 that the coach came with. You need to call support at 630-515-9100. Talk to Danny at extension 704. You will need to give them the Version Number from Illumaplex main display.

So one would need the updated main board (3.0R) to do the upgrade and add the 00-10053-000 BT device?
I have the 1.3 which is why I thought it couldn't be upgraded I think.

Search for “Precision Circuits” in the App Store iOS.

The comm ports on my main board failed, so they replaced it under warranty.

I searched precision circuits, and didn't find the app. Also where are the comm ports. My panel is filled with fuses. No comm ports there.
