Coolant surge tank replacement '05 Discovery

I have a 2005 Fleetwood Discovery and trying to replacement the coolant surge tank on top of the radiator, but I'm having problem getting to 2 bolts that are the right of the tank. Does anyone have any suggestion?

I changed my surge tank last month. The two bolts towards the center of the rad are easy to get to, the outer ones I used a 1/4" air rachet with 9/16 short socket. You can work the air rachet under the tank from the rear of the tank and use a flat box wrench to hold the bolt. I had just enough clearence between wall and tank to fit wrench and two fingers to hold bolt head. When reinstalling, leave the rear outer bolt and nut loose untell last as the bolt is in a slot to adjust tank to about level. Hope this helps.

I have a 05 providence. My tank is rusting. Is that why you are replacing it?
