Dash Climate Control

‘99 fleetwood discovery 37V

The dash climate control started acting hinky. After start up, the ac will work for around 30 minutes and then it will stop. Once it stops (fan stops and the A/C light goes off) The switch will not turn on the fan, the ac light goes off, no fan, no cooling, no heat, nothing.
After the rig stopped for a night, the dash climate control did the same thing the next day. It ran fine and had cold a/c for 30 minutes, then Dropped off with no heat or cooling or fan.
Last week, we drove 5 hours to the beach and the dash climate control worked fine the whole 5 hour trip. 4 days later, on our return trip, it worked fine for 30 minutes and then cut off.
Now, it won’t Work at ignition.
All fuses are good, relays test good, and the power to the dash “head unit” or “control panel” meters 12v. I have followed the Denso test procedure for the dash control panel and it tests ok, however The ac light will not illuminate, and when I flip the fan switch to “on” I get a high pitch buzz from the middle of the firewall....
Any ideas where I need to start with diagnosing this problem?
