Dash Squeak - Fixed!

I must be catching up on the major issues with this RV as I am now hearing squeaks! And not the four legged kind.

Dash squeak on bumps right behind the windshield dividing bar.

Took the defroster cover off and realized that there are two pieces of plywood that come together at the middle. They are not well secured to anything. I believe the noise was the two ends of the pieces of ply rubbing against each other.

There are clips with tiny phillips head screws holding the board to the front. All of these were stripped and not doing anything. I upgraded the screws a few sizes larger.

The real fix was to put some self tapper screws up from where the windshield motor is through the plywood into a steel channel that the dash rides on. You access this through the front hood opening.

Road test tomorrow to verify. But this looks like the fix.
