Dashboard Instrument Gauge Cover Fogged

I have a 2004 American Tradition that 2 of the 3 main instrument covers are fogged. Doesn't appear that the covers can easily be removed to clean. Has anyone experienced this problem, if so how did you resolve this problem

Remove the gauges by reaching behind and remove the clamp in back, usually 2 thumb screws holding it. Remove wires. The clear cover usually is removed by bending tabs out of the way. Or by using a tiny screwdriver to carefully bend/prying the cover away from the casing on the back side. Not hard to do.
Full Timers.
