Dead batteries
I always use the battery cutoff switches when storing my 2013 Bounder 35K. Was there 3 weeks ago(first time there since storing it in October) to check things out and all was well. Today went up to put a few things in and all batteries were dead, coach and chassis. Any ideas why this would happen?

Since both battery banks were dead, I'd guess you didn't turn off batteries last time you visited the coach.

Yep...you switched something on when you were there and didn't switch it off when you left.

Yes, I suppose that is the obvious answer. :(

Doesn't explain why both sets of batteries were dead though.
However, stored since October is a long time without any sort of charging and it could be that they have slowly been going flat for 6 months due to "phantom" loads.

I never turn off my batteries and they've never gone dead.
I've eliminated all unnecessary parasitic/phantom draws and I turn everything off, (unless shore power is connected).

Chassis battery cannot be drained by the coach unless you left your radio on with the park position active (rocker switch on dash). Your coach batteries can also be damaged by this event once they dip below 10.5 volts. Same goes for your chassis battery. If you have the dinky solar panel on your air conditioner, it's only worth 5 watts to maintain your fully charged coach battery.

I have to turn off both the inverter and the house battery switches in my Bounder or the batteries will go dead in a week or so. For whatever reason the inverter is on a live circuit apart from the house battery switch. I finally installed a mechanical cut off switch for the house batteries. (You may already have a mechanical switch in a bay somewhere.) I still have to charge the batteries every 4 weeks or so. This is not usually a problem in Summer because we use the coach more often than that.

It is NOT uncommon for the inverter to be on a live circuit apart from the house battery switch
BTW, in many, (most?), coaches, there are a lot of things don't turn off, (don't stop drawing from the batteries), when the house battery switch is turned OFF.
