If you have no power at main breaker how about power cord and main breaker where it plugs into. Check for burn marks on both ends of power cord.

First: Why did you replace the converter?
If there is no power to the breaker box Converter WILL NOT WORK for that is where the power to the converter comes from.

(Or is there something you did not mention, if so then disergard)

If no power to breaker box.. this is for motor homes.

First, check to insure park is supplying power. No power at Park outlet = Not your problem.. Short story follows.

Then on a motor home or RV with factory generator find the automatic transfer switch, Check for power at the LINE in terminal (CAUTION DANGEROUS VOLTAGES) and at the LOAD terminals.

NOTE: on a 50 amp RV you may have L-1,N,L-2 or you may have L-1,L-2-N or N-L-1, L-2 So read the labels.

If you have a detachable power cord test the outlet

When you find power.. well the problem is the next device toward the Breaker box.

The Story: Half the RV park (we have two different power meters) lost power.. The half I'm in of course.

Checking all breakers looked good.. Then I noticed the digital watthour meter was dark, no display.. AH, that means no power to the meter, problem is pre-meter. The power company's problem (I'm talking to the owner) That means YOU DON'T HAVE TO PAY FOR IT.. and .. turns out I was right.

If you have no power to your panel then you have an issue with your Xfer switch.

I'm curious how you know you had a power surge. How large was it and how long did it last?
