Desk for sleeper sofa? 2008 FLEETWOOD AMERICAN TRADITION 42F

Would it be difficult to swap the passenger side desk out for a sofa sleeper?

We are in the proceeds of buying a new used coach and this coach hits all points but has a desk. We need the sleeping space for the grand kids.
