Diagnostic codes password on a Cat c9
I have a 2005 Fleetwood Revolution LE on a Spartan chassis with a Caterpillar C9. It has a black and white diagnostic panel on the dash which gives you fuel mileage, engine readings (temp, rpm, etc). It has a section called engine but wants a four digit password to access this area. Anyone know the four digit code?

Have you tried calling Fleetwood customer service for the password?
They are super nice and go out of their way to help. There number is 1-800-322-8216. Just follow the prompts.

Might have more success with Spartan -- they built the chassis, after all, and I would say that's a chassis function.

If they Fleetwood don't have it they will give the number to who ever would know. I registered my coach with Fleetwood at no cost they did send me the recall on my refrigerator 2 years ago and the recall on the recall. Lol. We ever I've needed parts I've called them and they have helped me it. And I've gone to cheaper places to get the part if I didn't buy from them. All you need is the. VIN and FLEETWOOD VIN. They know everything about that RV since they built it.

x2.
BTW, Buy a scangauge D and forget using that crappy medallion center that our Rev's came with. I can never read the damned thing in any lighting conditions and it has one of the worst user interfaces invented. Took me 15 minutes to determine my odometer mileage!
for 159 you will get the scangauge that will tell you everything that medallion does (AND MORE, like Boost) in a readable and customizable screen (plus trouble codes).
Best ~160 spent.

Go to YOUTUBE and there's lots of videos on how to install and how to use it. But it's simple you just plug it in where the mechanics plugs there diagnostic equipment in. Do check out YOUTUBE. You can buy it in Amazon.com

On my Cat diesel, would I have an OBDII connection, or just the round port in the back for the tech to connect?

You might want to check Advance Auto Parts for the SG D. I was able to find an code online a couple months ago that provided a 30% discount from AAP. Paid $112 and change for my SG II. More recently received emails with $20 discounts. You might be able to order online and pickup in store also.
