Well made the purchase...coach was great. Price was good...the owner who was giving up RVing ( this was his 8th coach) left lots of extras including a Blue Ox tow bar. Handled well...very excited about getting back on the road. We sold our Monaco back in 2011...was not sure we were going to buy again. Will let you know how our first trip from FL to IN goes.

New 2015 Discovery 40E
I have been reading the tread started for Discovery owners. We took delivery of ours 2 weeks ago today. I have a lot to learn. The gadgets on this thing is mind blowing. But the one thing I am trying to get info on is the in dash Radio/GPS. I know the gps is Rand/McNally RV but cannot find what model # it is. Also how do you update the maps. It has the Good Sam parks loaded but I did not get any owners manuals or quick start guide for it. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Scroll down the FW Owners forum page...there is a thread Disovery GPS and Radio that covers exactly what you are asking. It is near the bottom of the page..was just reading it day before yesterday

Thank you so much for the info Brian. I now know my CD player does not work. I called tech support and they said they would replace it. I have learned how to update my GPS and a lot of stuff that is awsome.

30000 miles on our 2010 40g. Luv the coach, not so happy with the chassis/Cummins/Allison problems I've had. Most problems fixed under warranty.

and feel like I hit the lottery!

Love the Discovery, it was a tough call but in the end we bought a 2015 33D Excursion, came down to money vs. time to use it, but, I think the next go around will be a Discovery, and we'll hopefully be working less and playing more.

Only had our '15 40x about a month. Haven't went anywhere yet, waiting on spring. We have slept in it in our shop though  . We are super excited!
