Discovery with a wind vibrating noise near the top of the windshield

Any one out there have or had this problem and have had any luck in resolving it please advise!!! It has a whistle like from wind vibration? near the top of the windshield when going 55mph. We have tried just about everything try to figure out where it is coming from and how to fix it. Thank you.

Had that problem with a car once and I put duct tape over the windshield molding in different places until the sound stopped. Once I located it, I was able to stop the noise with some clear sealer around that part of the molding. I think it vibrating, even though it seemed tight enough to the touch.
