Found and removed the pin to release the steps. Pulling the motor to bench test next

Motor is out, bench test failed.

Pulled the motor from the gear/arm actuator. Gears look good, lubricated and move the arm freely.

Next step, buy and replace motor.

Do you recommend replacing just the electric motor or entire assembly?

Update, bench tested the motor after removing it from the gear/arm assembly and it works.

Plugged the motor back into the RV plug and opened/closed the door. The motor and gear/arm assembly worked perfectly.

Thoughts? RV gremlins?
