Driver side slide scrapes floor when we close slide

After we removed the tile and replaced the floor with thin wood (simulated wood) the slide scrapes the floor, has anyone had this problem? Any ideas on how to fix this?

Get a tech to make the necessary adjustments.

I assume the new wood floor is thicker than the tile you took out. The thicker wood would have raised the rollers on the inside of the slide, but wouldn’t raise the outside of the slide the same proportionate amount. There is usually an adjustment on the ends of the arms to raise or lower the outside of the slide. Just don’t get it into the top of the slide opening.
Does the slide fit flush against the outside when closed or does the top stick out?

yes, it fits against the outside, I assumed you were right and I am going to replace the wood with the thinest wood I can find and see if I can get it to stop scratching.

I would definitely try raising the outside edge before changing the floor.
