That "part number" comes back to a 1990 Chev P30 motor home chassis VIN.
There are dozens of comment threads on step motors, and most have part numbers and sources for replacements. Use the google search at the top of this page - just type in 'step motor' (less the ' quotes).
I duplicated a few...... the first and third will probably be the most useful.
