Electric vacumn domestic toilet

Need help!!!!! I have a vacumn flush not working. There is a green light on the left and a red light on the right of the switch. Toilet will not work. It looks like it needs a reset. I turned off all power. Tank is and has been empty since last use. Any thoughts?

Thanks

Brand & Model would be helpful

Sounds like low/no vacuum condition
Which could be faulty vacuum switch

Is the vacuum pump running when switch is in the "on" position? If not then find out why not. Do you have the documentation for the VacuFlush system in your coach paperwork binder?
