Electric windshield sunshade

The electric sunshade on our 2007 Pace Arrow will not retract. It is down all the way, when I toggle it to retract, it goes up maybe an inch or two, then quits. I can lower it back down, toggle to go up, and it does the same 1 or 2 inches, then quits. I canít find any info in any of the paperwork I have. Anyone have the same problem. It is on a Ford chassis. Thank you.

A temporary fix is to manually rotate it up.

Might need to reprogram the blind/shade to fix it for good: https://mcdinnovations.com/info-for-...mit-adjustment

Try cutting the brown wire. It programs to up down function.
