Angry Electrical confusion, Dead main batteries!

Today I went to check on the rig and found the batteries for the rig totally flat as was the case a couple of weeks ago. I was able to jump and drive home from the service center, I plugged her in and charged up completely, after leaving her for a couple weeks I returned and noticed that the main batteries were flat but the aux. batts were fine. No volts on panel when I checked at panel but I believe the panel is powered from the mains. Also noticed that when I left the rig two weeks ago and I powered off the main and the aux that I still had power throughout the rig for the house. I'm going to take batteries out and recharge and then check the aux relay as well as the solar panel up top. Does anyone know where the wirring from the panel goes and how it works? directly to the batteries? and could it discharge the mains?
Just getting started with the diag and any input would be greatly appreciated!

First off DO you have the electrical drawings? If not email Fleetwood with your VIN/FIN number and they will email them. Second locate the BCC (battery control center) and check all connections. All things 12vdc goes to and out this box including the inverter/charger... See drawing.

Whuch battery disconnects are you enabling? Likely one near each battery bank. The one at the house batteries likely does not disconnect the inverter/charger (which has a power draw even when turned off). You may have a separate disconnect for the inverter/charger. If not, installing one is common. Or just remove a battery cable.

Phantom draws on the engine batteries is quite common. Very difficult to find sometimes. I use my engine battery disconnect when it will sit for a while. Installing a trickle charger that will keep the batteries up when plugged into shore power is another solution for when you are camping.

I do have all the drawings and will be testing at the BCC, as well as the relays. The disconnect I'm using is at the panel above the passenger seat at the control panel which has two switches, one for main and one for aux.
