ESP Showing Open Neutral

I brought the coach home to tackle some projects, plugged it in as I have done and the ESP indicates an "open neutral" fault. My circuit shows the circuit from the house to be wired correctly. Generator operates fine and is charging the batteries, the inverter is operating normally. How do I isolate this fault so I can connect back up to keep my batteries charged?

I read continuity of the dog bone and it tests good end to end, no open and nothing across terminals so the issue is with either the shore power cable or in the ACES/ESP itself. Not sure how to test these.

Unplug the power cord and turn off the genset. Then I would check the White Neutral wire from the AC line cord that plugs into the shore supply center pin, to the input of the Shore Power TRANSFER relay first. Then with that relay closed manually, check from the same transfer relay to the circuit breaker box white wire connection for continuity.

On my ESP, the white Neutral wire comes into the circuit break box and passes through a torrid it looks like a doughnut. This torrid senses the AC current coming from the 2 AC connections. If the combined AC current from the 2 other AC wires Green and Black is correct the ESP will close the outlet relays and power is applied to all AC appliances and other outlets.

So with power disconnected check above suggestions and re-tighten all connections in and out of the transfer switch and circuit breaker box.
