Bounder: Exact Valve Replacement

Does anyone know where to get the valve shown in the picture? It's the valve that switches the city water connection between filling the tank and supplying the plumbing in a 2013 Fleetwood Bounder 35K. I have a temporary replacement that has the same connections and does the same thing, but it's not quite the same shape, so it doesn't mount nicely into the panel.
