Excursion 39v big slide

I have the large slide on my 06 Excursion. When it is out the front is tight against the wall. The bedroom is out about a inch from the interior wall. Can the slid jump a tooth or is this an adjustment.

I'll take a guess that its a Power Gear. Here is a link to all of their slideout adjustment tech docs.

If it is a full wall slideout in needs to be adjusted with a tool called a teach pendent
