I have 2 of the original Fantastic Fans; company is now owned by Dometic. Anyway, each has its own fuse, since all three quit simultaneously, I suspect a tripped breaker or as you suspect a blown main fuse. I haven't a clue to location of main fuse panel.

This may turn into a where's waldo hunt unless a like MH owner comes forward.

Mine quit working on a trip. Thought it was the remote batteries ?? Had some grandkids with me who like switches. Turned out we had a wall switch that was a master sending power to the fans. We had only used the remotes (we did try the on/off on the fan). The switch was of coarse covered by the towels hanging on the wall rack. Live and learn. Hope yours is easy fix.
