I'd negotiate with a licensee, tell them what your insurance is paying, and I suspect they would meet you part way at least.
Best part, besides the lifetime guarantee, is that I'll NEVER have to seal anything up there again. Use Jon's link and look closely. There is another outfit that also offers a life-time guarantee. That company is (I think) RV Roof Armor, and they too have a good reputation. I prefer Flex Armor because it is sprayed on and 3/16" thick; the other is rolled on and thinner but, rather conveniently, they will come to your park and apply it. But I can't believe a roll-on would fill every nook & cranny the way a spray-on would.
I'd go with either one before a rubber roof.

they say you have to have a good roof to start with...and they spray on rubber,,,,
for 7200 I can do the roof 14 times.... it's a 25 yr roof...so my coach would be 350 years older...and I would be 413 years old before the gain... they're playing the field that most won't even have the old coach in 5 yrs...
and the rest will be gone also...
I got a quote of 3500 plus any parts and materials...... another rip off... there after the poor ol bot that can't get up there any more and do it their self
I'd jump right on doing that for a business..... but I like to be able to sleep at night... there's probley 500 in the spray material if that...
