Welcome aboard and congratulations on your new rig. As for the missing cover, what size do you need?

I removed the plastic tapejob for a better idea. There are 3 spots to snap on hinges and a little tab on the underneath part of the top lip. I am not sure how the original fits, width across from inside to inside is just under 12 1/2" and top to bottom is 9"Click image for larger version

You might want to check the west marine or budget marine website catalogs. Exterior hatches such as that are common on boats. Have you tried a fleetwood dealer.

Try some of the RV salvage yards would be my guess since Fleetwood doesn't have it.

Fleetwood said the part is obsolete and to try the salvage yards. I will look into marine catalogs so thanks for that tip. Last resort will be some type of diy project

Glad to have you here in the forum with us.

Hopefully you have a solution. However if that doesn't work there are many Used RV part dealers and they may have what you need.
RVers Corner - RV Repair for the do-it-yourselfer! www.colawrvsalvage.com are just two of them

Happy Trails!!!

My diy is completed. The local marine shop didn't have anything that size. Thanks for everyone's suggestions. It took a couple trips to Menards, Lowe's and Ace along with some broken bolts but is now secure. And our motorhome now has a name - "Big Kahuna". I have some touch up left to paint over the silver hinges.
