Does anyone know if I can pull my 10000lb F250 with my 1999 Fleetwood bounder 34v V10 with the proper hitch? will it be able to pull it?

Welcome to irv2. I think you'll find your max will be either 3500
Or 4500.

My 99 Fleetwood Discovery with a Diesel engine.
Is only rated to pull 5,000 lb.

You may find a sticker in the closet door or elsewhere that has the GVWR weight and the GCWR weight. The difference between those is what you can pull.

My 1999 34J is rated for 3500lbs. I can pull my boat that weighs about 4500 with no problem.

When towing its not just about going, its also about stopping and wear on the engine/transmission/chassis and most important safety. I believe for safety reasons you should not tow more weight then the manufacturer says you can tow. The first trip I made in my current MH towing a car, a car pulled out in front of me and stopped. I throught I was going to brake the brake pedal. I stopped about two inches from his bumper. Afterward I was very glad I had installed a braking system in the car. If I had been over weight (not me the RV) I would never had stopped fast enough.

depends on your definition of pull it...

Will it move it? Yes.
Should you tow double or more of the motorhomes rating? No.
