Fleetwood Bounder Door Squeaking
Hello All, I am new to the site and would like to know if anyone else owns a 2015 Fleetwood Bounder 34T and having the entry door squeaking while driving down the highway. We have experienced this off and on for about 3 years now, I have tried tightening the door latch which helped but did not eliminate the problem. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Same problem in my 2016 Bounder 35K. REV in Indiana lined the interior frame with rubber but still had some squeaks. I added more rubber, and always lock both locks, and that cured the problem.

I wouldn't travel with the door locked! In case of an accident the first responders might not be able to get to you! JMHO

They way RVs are built today, the walls would fall away in a mishap so locked doors no longer the issue...Humbly.

Ours is a 2003
Big Bertha is a 2003 and if we do not lock both locks, She squeaks like crazy. I make sure both locks are engaged AND the plastic slide is closed …took care of our noisy door

We lined the doorframe with a rubber seal all the way around. Also added foam pads to the screen feet that push against the door. That solved our problem. I tried the electrical tape on the door lock striker, but the tape just got all torn up in short order and ended up useless.

Hi folks,
One nice thing about my 60% hearing loss is that I don't hear the squeaks and groans from my 2000 Bouncer...er... I mean Bounder.
Best Regards,
Fr

I thought it was my door but later learned it was my house battery box assembly located under the exit door steps.
