Fleetwood color codes

I'm trying to obtain a can of spray paint to touch up some compartment door scratches on my 2007 Bounder DP.

I found a color code on a label in the bedroom closet that identifies the color I need as "LT Champagne MET 751052-K". Anyone know if this a Fleetwood number or is it a generic number that an automotive paint dealer would recognize?

Thanks.

Google the number. It comes up for a 2006, but paint numbers are paint numbers. (30 yrs as an autobody painter)

It's a paint manufacturer number, but there are several paint manufacturers. Fleetwood sometimes changes suppliers, so not sure if that is a Sherwin Williams number of some other. A shop that specializes in automotive and marine paints should be able to cross reference it.

The difficulty with touch-ups is that the original paint will un fade as the years march on. My '04 has Lt Chestnut Metallic in an area subject to frequent stone damage, so I need to touch up regularly. That color is readily available in auto parts stores but the match is not good at all. I've had two professionally made as well with no better results. Finally got my front end repainted and kept a small jar of that paint for touch up. Will see how long it continues to match.

That's the same issue we have. I got a couple touch up bottles within about a month of purchasing our Bounder to take care of stone chips on the front. I went to dab at them when we winterized a couple weeks ago & noticed, even on this new of a coach, the existing paint was already a tad lighter than the touch up paint. At first I thought it was because the touch up was wet, but even after drying it's a noticeable difference up close.

Does someone make UV protectant that can be applied to keep further fading from occurring? Are there waxes that have UV protectant in them?

Thanks for your comments.

I contacted automotivetouchup.com yesterday afternoon and they recognized the code and will make up an aerosol can of the basecoat color for $20. I also ordered one can each of primer and clear coat. Total cost $36 + shipping.

I would take the door or any trim parts with the same color down
to the local auto paint supplier and have them use the photo color
device (Not sure what it is called) on it. Then they can mix the paint
and put it in spray cans or jars. Also you can drive the RV down there
if there's room to park. The device is a portable hand held unit that
they use.

Many times the result are very close. Have done this on some of
my old cars.
Good luck
