Fleetwood Discovery Slides

I am the first owner of a 2011 a Fleetwood Discovery. As we were driving through the rush hour in Seattle, when my drivers slide went out. I was able to get it to the side of the road and used my crescent wrench to manually get the slide to go back in.
Has any one else had this problem and what did you do about it?

I've read on the forum of the exact problem occurring on a Newmar coach. Is your DS slide FWS? Obviously the brakes on your PG motors didn't lock. I would contact FW customers relations and e mail PG as they only respond to e mails. You'll find trouble shooting methods offered by both. On my FWS there are side locks for the slides as well as locks on the PG electric motors. The motors may have to be re synched with a pendant. Obviously a job for the pros. PG will lead you to a qualified service center. Best wishes on a scary situation.
