Fleetwood Fiesta Schematics?

03 fleetwood fiesta 26y. 8.1 Workhorse AC blows warm. Are there wiring schematics available for the these. Also am I looking for a Workhorse chassis schematic or Fleetwood?

I'm trying to prove the dash AC off on switch is working. I've jumped both hi and low sensors as well as ohmed the clutch coil to 3.6 ohms. Should be OK. I know I'm low on freon but I should still be able to fire that compressor clutch by bypassing the sensors no? Just want to here it click once that's it. Then I'll move on to freon. Logic is I don't want to waste 100 on freon to lose it if it has other issues. Tia

Workhorse sold the chassis with a partial air conditioner system, with the RV manufacturer adding the control system, fan and evaporator, which may be one of a handful of brands

What Isaac-1 said. Fleetwood was using Denso a/c systems by 2003, and Denso has a lot of system and troubleshooting help online. See https://www.densoheavyduty.com/hvac-systems

All the dash control stuff and such is Fleetwood/Denso. Workhorse only supplied the compressor and condensor (the stuff at the engine).
No, Rev/Fleetwood no longer supplies schematics or any other help for older models.

Thank you folks VERY much. Say anyone know if the PCM in my year has any control over the AC? ... And yes it's a Denso thanks for the link too.

Wondering if I have that thrown in for more troubleshooting fun... my system is a basic deal no climate or side to side. For the most part its controls look like the 60s and 70s low end controls..

I think the PCM can cut the a/c compressor off if the engine load exceeds some limit, but I'm not positive of that cause I can't find a documented source for it.

Fuxed

Well I replaced hi and lo shraders. Evacuated system to 30 inches for 30 mins. Let sit 30 mins and it held. It only took about 1.250 lbs of freon? Which seems a bit light. No info on coach about quantity? Anyway everything is operating but it's not real cold. Cool so it's btr than hot like it was. So now I have something to work with. I'll look at blend door heater valve air leaks ect...
My gauges appear to be old and not working accurately anymore so i just used an ACPRO fill hose with trigger and gauge useing cans of 134a... I did put in 2 CCs of dye.....
Any input is appreciated. Thank you..

Awesome thank you for taking the time. So i got it semi sorted out. Everything is functional. With one question. The bottom of my evap box is open to AC air. I feel suction while ac is on. Meaning it's diluted ac air with hot engine bay air. I can see the logic of a open box for vent air. But once ac is on that should close. It's not. And my ac is a high cool but not real cold. I can see why. What I'd like to know is something about that box's functionality..

There should be a dash control to open/close a door to that exterior opening. Usually labeled "Recirc" or "Max" to indicate that the exterior door will be closed and cabin air be recirculated for maximum cooling. If there is still air entering that opening in Recirc/Max mode, then the air door isn't working. Usually due to a vacuum leak.

REV/Fleetwood

You might try calling REV about the drawings. I was able to get most of the drawings for my 2006 Southwind late last year. They don't have everything but still had quite a few for mine. Plumbing, Electrical, slides, tanks. Chassis wiring.

worth a try,
