When ours was new (2004), I noticed that the flairs were flimsily and used spray foam insulation between the flair and the sidewalls. When it cured they were much more solid and didn't flop around when driving anymore.

Thanks for that info. How did you apply the foam. With the fender installed or did you remove it and add the foam that way.

Thanks again

Sorry it has taken so long for me to reply. Been traveling. I removed the flairs and cleaned the back side and the side of the fender, so it would have a clean surface to adhere to. Then loosely reinstalled the flairs and wedged the straw into the back of the flair, between the fender and the flair and injected foam until I though there would be enough to fill the area between the back of the flair and the fender. The foam will expand out of the area, and after it cures, use a sharp knife to trim the foam so it does not show. Good luck.

I use good ol' J&B Weld on mine shortly after we got it used in 2008 - all of those skirts were cracked. So far, so good!
