Received the replacement today and it's perfect.

Also bought a portable satellite antenna (Winegard Pathway x2) and another Dish receiver. The portable will be for use when we are parked under obstructions and our roof dome can't get a signal. Must be prepared for satellite TV emergencies, lol.

Make sure your awning is extended properly before you attach it. ;-)

Where did you buy the programmable led lights and can I get a side view of the cockpit carpet ( ie. did you elevate it?

LED's were purchased on Amazon. They are Supernight brand and come in 16' length. Think they were $26.00.

Not quite sure what you mean by elevated. The carpets lay on topol of existing carpet. It is 2 pieces and snaps are installed to hold it in place. The entry steps use velcro.

Excuse the mess, just pulled in to CG after driving in heavy rain and winds.

Time for some cold ones.

Ours so far:

Steer-safe
Replaced both FF with MaxxAir Deluxe w/remote
Watering system for batteries
Sirius adapter for radio

Lots of purchases - like grill, rugs, ladder, etc. that we didn't have in our last MH. This one has much more space which equals more "stuff"!

Brian

How many sets do you have under your rig?

If 2 sets, are they synced?

Which watering system did you get? Our batteries are pretty easy to access, so I don't know if we "need" the watering system or no.

It seems to never end. I bought new spring/summer bedding yesterday.

Right now just one set, but eventually 2 and will sync them. You can buy the connectors on Amazon and you have to upgrade the power supply from what I understand as the one sent is enough for only one length.

Sarah, if you can get to your batteries to check them, then mark a watering system off your list. Excursions batteries are impossible to check!

Thanks, Debbie. We only have two coach batteries, and they are easy to access under the steps. One item to cross off the list!!

Learned something new. The way to disable wind sensor on awning without unplugging from the control panel is by using the FOB. Guess what we left at home? Had to unplug from control panel when put this up:

Brian--yup.. that's the only way to disable it. Of course.. I have yet to witness mine auto retract, so I don't even trust mine to work! I disable it every time I put it out...
