I emailed Linda, Sue and called Sam Whitaker about this about a minute after it went out yesterday. Something did not load up right and they are working on it. Should be corrected soon.

I was hoping to go to that and lots of other places. I'm still sitting here waiting for the mechanic to do his thing. Why do those guys get them in, say they will have it ready then you find out 2 weeks later little or nothing has been done. I'm trying not to be aggravated but darn it.

He has a really good full service shop so I suppose that is why he is so busy but I wonder about their internal organization and how they organize stuff. Went through this with my last one.

We're so excited to attend our first rally and have been readying the motor home. Just put in new capts chairs, blinds and a big screen....the water is sanitized and everything appears in good order. Looking forward to meeting folks and seeing all the motor homes in one place!

Does anyone have more pics of the fair grounds or a map of the camp ground? The one on line is a dead link. We're in a 30 amp full hook up and we're trying to maybe see where those are. The camp ground site says there are 12 of those. Anyway, see everyone in a few weeks!

Thanks so much!

Question

I know I read that the restrooms are in the exhibitor buildings. I'm assuming they open them EARLY for showers? There are showers there, too, right? Since we didn't reserve early enough for a FHU site, I don't want to fill our tanks from our daily showers.

If you do a Google search, there are hits that indicate some buildings at the fairgrounds have showers. Whether or not rally attendees will have access to those buildings is the question.

Judicious use of your shower will allow you to go the entire rally w/o filling up your grey tank. Also, hopefully, they'll offer a honeywagon service as they have done in the past.

From the main page of their web site under camping facilities, now if you fill all 10 of those dump stations we'll have to see about getting you a Al Bundy award.

Thanks for the info, John. I didn't even see the notation they had dump stations. Should've figured they would being a fairgrounds with that many sites. Since they've got those, they probably won't provide honeywagon services.

Here's some information that might help.
Shower facilities are located in Bldg A, and on the south side of the storm shelter on Maple St.

There is a pump service and will start on Friday at a fee, signup at the Registration Bldg.

There are 10 dump stations at the south end of the track near gate 5.

The Factory tours have been sold out!

There are supposed to be 23 Motor homes on display!

13 motor homes will also be there as test drive units!

that's a total of 36 motor homes!

Many of these will be 2013 debut units!

Please note they will be sending out the Goshen Rally Packets Email to everyone this week to everyone. The Packet will include a schedule of events, parking placard, driving directions, etc. Every attending unit will receive an additional printed rally packet for complete rally info and rally program guide.

Just a few items of interest.

Thanks for the update! I want to say it was about $20 or $25 for pump out service at the IL rally, so I figure it'd be that this time. Good news for those in w/e only sites that don't want to have to move to dump.

I wouldn't be surprised if the coaches on display sell out. They did 2 years ago. It'll be interesting to see if attendee suggestions made at previous rallies have been listened to & show up in the new models.

Any idea on who is going to be the official "dealer" for the rally? In 2010 it was General RV
