Since no Providence owners chimed in, my 1998 Eagle (Fleetwood) has heated storage bays and tanks..so I would be very surprised if your Providence did not!
Just open your storage bays and have a look. If you see a heat vent...they are heated.

I can almost assure you that a high end 2015 anything - like a Providence - would have a
heated basement.

We have a 14 and it has heated tanks and water bay.
Fleetwood told me if we are comfortable in the coach in cold weather then the plumbing will be fine.
Our Providence (2013 42P) with Aqua Hot has a heat ex-changer on the ceiling in the utility bay. It has it's own thermostat, also in the bay. While on shore power, the electric side of the Aqua Hot does a fine job of keeping the utility bay warm.
