Fleetwood Revolution Console removal

I am starting my replacement flooring project and need to remove center floor console to pull up the tile that extends under it. After removing the subwoofer speaker cover I was able to remove two screws holding it down to the floor but it still won’t move and I don’t want to force it.

Any ideas how this can be removed?

I replaced my floor about 4 years ago in our 03 Rev 40C. I did a write up on it starting with this post.

Hope the description and photos helps you.

Mr. Dave's write up was certainly helpful in where to get started. In my case I had several screws holding it from various angles. I had the impression that some of the screws were factory and others had been added by a previous owner or tech. As I recall I had to remove either the jacks control panel or the switch(fans etc.) panel to get to one of the screws. Seems like I had to pry the console away from the curved extension piece that runs toward the door. Once all the screws are removed the console should move easily, you will have to scoot it around to complete the floor.
