Fleetwood Storm Front TV

I called Fleetwood today to confirm the reason the front TV doesn't work when the engine is on is for safety reasons. Fleetwood said yes, the front TV won't work when the engine is on, but the rear TV will.

I wanted to be able to have the family watch movies while driving. Here's the interesting part. The rear TV in the bedroom will work while driving, but there are no seatbelts as the viewing would be from the bed.

The front section has seatbelts but TV not allowed for safety, the rear TV has no seatbelts but TV will operate while driving. Hmmm!, I said to Fleetwood, I'm sure it's not their policy but it does make you scratch your head.

Anyone know an easy fix to make the front TV work with the engine on? Seatbelts are a good idea

Plug the TV into a different outlet. BTW I believe it is illegal to operate a motor vehicle if the driver can see the TV. This might be a very bad idea.

Thanks for the advice!

When we swing the TV for viewing it's not viewable by the driver, the TV will be situated behind so the drive can't view. Thanks for the advice, duly noted.

My coach has switched and I switched outlets in entertainment sys cabinet. You can plug into different outlet if yours same or simply run extension cord.

I just plugged mine into a different recep in the same cabinet. If I remember correctly the "switched" one is black.

I have a Fleetwood storm 32H 2013 vintage and the front tv functions when the engine is running, break off. That is while it is in the extended position away from the wall. This is just a guess but could it be that the switch at the rear of the swing arm is malfunctioning?
