Fleetwood windshield rubber seal

Does anyone know if the rubber seal that goes around the windshield can be replaced without removing the windshield. Mine at the top is deteriorating. Just the top piece. It is 4 pieces. Top bottom and sides

Also curious, my flair’s windshield is missing the bottom corner pieces.

My 15 Discovery windshield was replaced after a 2" stone was thrown at it. The rubber seal is only on the outside after the windshield was sealed in with butyl. Should be replaceable. Corner pieces are only for looks.

Thanks
Contemplating doing this myself.
Wondering if it takes a special tool to get it in.

When I had my windshield replaced a couple years ago, the tech put the gasket around the windshield prior to lifting it up and placing it in position. The 4 corner pieces were popped in after the windshield install. This was a 1 piece windshield.
I don't remember if the adhesive they put around the window opening stuck to the glass or the gasket. I think it would be risky to try replacing the gasket with the windshield in place.
I would call a glass company and ask for a quote to see what they say.
