You need to do a lot of measuring. The specific floor plan is an important consideration, since it dictates the size and location of the fridge that is practical. Fridge makers have extensive details on dimensions on their website - more detail than you can imagine.

Once you have figured out what fridge models will fit in the existing location, look at the dimensions for the box alone, i.e. with door and any trim removed. If it won't squeeze thru the door, you may have to remove a side window or maybe eve a windshield section. Again, detailed measurements.

One easy way to do all this is to contact Kevin Mallory at Cruising America RV Service. Kevin is a retired American Coach employee that know them inside out. He can fix you up with whatever you need.

I put a French Door Fridge in my 2000 Eagle. I agree with Gary, measure and double check. By removing doors on the fridge I was able to bring it in via the curbside window. Most manufacturers will give you very accurate measurements I put a Samsung in. Once in place make sure you have enough room to reattach the doors. If I recall that was also pretty tight. My Eagle was made in 1999 so your window is probably the same.

Let me know if you need more info, very pleased with the results.

Hello So you put the fridge through the side window. You take out the whole frame of the window out and was it the front side window or the one over the table? Thanks John

Front window, remove frame but you need to know measurements to confirm. You will need to remove the valance around window. If I remember for our Samsung width was fine but height was pretty tight. I used my farm tractor's front end loader with forks to raise the refrigerator to height. Padded window with blanket and it two of us to ease it through the window.
