Fresh water fill leak????????

My problems just keep coming as I continue to check out my rig which is relatively new to me. Used just once! Now checking water system all checks ok including HW heater and no leaks exept one. When I fill the fresh tank via the water fill non pressurized port it starts to leak immediately, as far as I can tell it appears to be in the fill line which I cannot find the access for to check connections or breaks or whatever is leaking. The rest of the system works perfectly including the bypass fill for the tank. The only other thing I've noticed was there was a lot of water leaking when I drive causing the level to deplete. Any ideas??????????:

Mmm Now you have me wondering. I have always filled by the transfer valve, so all water going in is filtered for sediment. When I'm filling the tank I never hear or feel air coming out the non-pressurized fill. I fill until it over fills never seeing water or feeling air on the non-pressurized fill. Next time I will try the non-pressurized fill.

Update for those of you who want to know. I found two access panels in the rails on the drivers side after I put out the slide. Removed panels and found fill hose connection had come apart as the tank had shifted forward. Repositioned to original position and reattached hose as well as installed a retainer between the two tanks.
