Fresh water inlet 2007 Fleetwood Expedition 38V

When I hook up the water supply hose to the city water on the coach, a very minute amount of water comes out of the faucet, when I shut the water off, relieve the pressure by opening the bypass valve and remove the supply hose, there's still back pressure in the line...seems like there is a blockage somewhere...anybody had this problem or suggestions as to what it could be? Any suggestion would be helpful. Thanks.
