Problem resolution

Well, sometimes the solution to a problem is right under your nose the entire time, and it just takes a while before you see it.

After finding and accessing both sides of both water tanks, and doing "fill tests" multiple times, it turns out the issue had nothing to do with either tank or any of the connections at the tanks. "Basketball" had issues with his PVC drain pipe where it connected to the tank, but when I got in there everything appeared to be fine. Turns out the issue was with the other end of the drain pipe. The valve and several of the fittings at the end of the drain pipe were cracked, mostly on the bottom where I couldn't see. So, all of the time I spent crawling under and around the underside of my rig was a gigantic waste of time (at least I can say I know a whole lot more about my fresh water system than I did before I started!!). I'm rebuilding the entire valve assembly and will have it installed shortly, but the good new is, I have my water tanks back! Thanks "Basketball" for pointing me in the right direction. Pictures of the valve assembly are attached here:
