Front AC not working 2018 Bounder/Southwind

Front AC is not working. I am on generator and power panel says 58A supply, 30A L1, 30A L2, and I have 119V or whatever on both L1 and L2, only drawing current on one for the rear AC.

It also says "Loads Shed=0" so it is not load shedding the front AC deliberately. The fan won't even work in fan mode.

I've definitely run both AC units on generator before, driving through AZ/NV.

To be clear, the blower fan is not blowing, and based on the current readings, the compressor is not running either.

Any ideas?
What are the diagnostics steps?

Both breakers are ON on the AC panel.
Manuals say they are Airxcel 48000 AC units. "Coleman Mach 15" (15k BTU).

Start with the easy stuff. You most likely have a control cable with what I would describe as phone clips on both ends. One end will be up in the AC itself the other end at the thermostat. Just unplug and plug back in both ends. It's easy and worth a try. I fixed mine that way except, in my case it was the rear AC.

Does it only happen on generator power?
On the Line Status screen it should read how many amps are on each leg. What are the readings?
In the shed screen do all the loads show on (even though the Loads Shed show 0?
Do you have 12v power? There are relays in the circuit breaker panel that control what loads are shed and need 12v power to work.

Unknown, won't have access to a 50A hookup until weekend.

It is showing as configured as 30A for each leg, and drawing 0A on L1 and 13A on L2 with both ACs switched on.

Yes. On, On, On, On....

Yes, thermostat requires 12v and it is on.

I'm starting to think capacitor on the AC unit but we'll see.
