Front Cabin AC Power on 2016 Bounder 33C

I noticed before my last outing that I was not getting power from the outlet near the copilot seat (on firewall bulkhead). While traveling, I had a chance to check things out, and found that there was not resistance when plugging a power cord in. Sure enough, when I removed the cover, the actual working socket had fallen off behind the bulkhead.

After powering things down, I was able to retrieve the working side of things by grabbing it with needle-nose pliers. This is when I realized that the part used by Fleetwood was very cheap plastic and had just fallen apart. It even looked like there was glue residue, as if it had happened before (New Coach).

I have ordered a much higher quality replacement, and will install it tomorrow. This is also the outlet that is equipped with dual USB ports.

Replacement arrived and installed yesterday. Bounder has been cleaned, flushed and put up in its covered berth for a few weeks.
