Fuel pump relay

I have a 1994 34 ft model j ,I am seeking the location where the fuel pump relay is & the method used to bypass the relay. I am attempting to drain the gas tank of old fuel by disconnecting the fuel line that goes to the IN port of the fuel filter & catching it with a container, thanks for your help.

On our old ‘91 P30 chassis with a 60 gallon tank, I just ran a Tyson tube down the filler next and siphoned the fuel out.

No worries about sparks and arcs and fuel vapor in the area that way.
