full wall slide won't lock

We have an 07 Fleetwood Providence. The full wall slide comes in with no problem but the HWH automatic room retention system isn't working. Took me a full day of searching to figure out what it technically was called. We have run into a dead in and can't find out any more information of how it works or what to look for if something goes wrong...
Don't know if it would be safe to drive with out this working until we can get it working to a place that can work on it if we can't get someone out to the park to look at it....but figure it is best not to.
Been waiting for Rv person to show up at park and that won't happen until late this afternoon.
Any ideas would be appreciated..we have located the systems at each end of the slide from the inside but have no clue of what to do or check next.

After hours of frustration I totally agree...we found out that it is safe to drive without them engaged but we are going to place a 2x4 behind the wall on the inside. Husband is on the phone now with Fleetwood...
thank you so much for your response and will share when we are fixed.

Sorry this has taken so long to get back to everyone...it was the motor that had to be
replaced and it was under the bed of all places to the tune of $845.00.....and the slide
had to be re calibrated.
I really do appreciate all the help...
